以前「フレンチごはん 西麻布 GINA」にお伺いした時
なんて美味しく美しいんだろうと思いましたが
移転後も「美味」と「美しさ」の共演は相変わらずでした。
池袋の「東どおり」の奥になにやら素敵なお店が
あるのは気づいていましたが
アド街で「西麻布GINA」が移転してこられた
お店だと知り、このたびお伺いしてきました。
お店：
素敵なグルメ店が集まった、池袋の東どおりの奥の方。
お店はこじんまりとしたサイズで
オープンキッチンに向かい合うカウンター席と
その後ろにテーブル席があります。
平日ランチでも予約で満席でした。
お料理：
初めての方におススメとのことで
【 Lunch 】雫 ~ SHIZUKU ~をいただきました。
（税込6500円）
シグネチャーメニューの美女のサラダから始まり
前菜、お魚、お肉、パスタ、デザートの
盛りだくさんのコース。
この時の美女のサラダのテーマは「桜」。
桜の花びらの形に切ったビーツや
ピンク色のビーツのソース。
そして「桜塩」が使われていて
お皿全体がピンク色に彩られていました。
その後のお皿も、季節の素材を使った
美しくも美味しいお料理が続きました。
特徴としてはどのお皿も具だくさんなのですが
それぞれが特徴を出しながらも
味は上手くまとまってます。
それらが美しく盛り付けてあるんだから最高です。
最後の最後まで感動出来ました。
そして、GINAの時と違って
お料理はすべてお箸（とスプーン）でいただきました。
ワイン：
champagneはNicolo & Paradis Brut Tradition。
細めのグラスに注がれた、繊細な味のchampagneは
ソムリエールの奥様の雰囲気そのものでした。
その後自分でワインリストを見て
グラスで白と赤をいただきました。
お値段もお手頃で注ぐ量も多く
厳選されたワインを楽しめて
それはそれでとっても良かったのですが。。。
食事中に実はペアリングがあったことを知り
大ショック。
ワインリストをよく見ていなかった私が
悪いのですが。
他のお客様のペアリングを見ていたところ
一つの料理にダブルペアリングしたり
パスタにジンを合わせていたりと
ソムリエールの奥様の腕前は
相当なものとお見受けしました。
次は！次こそは絶対！
ペ ア リ ン グ にするんだ！！
まとめ：
平日ランチでも満席なのも当然の
美味しい素敵なお店でした。
シェフは「何事も申し訳なさそうに」お話される方で
こんなに美味しいお料理を出される方なので
もっと胸張ってお話しされても良いのに～思いました。
次はペアリングでお料理を楽しみに行きます。
