池袋駅直結の東武百貨店スパイス街14階にあるこちらのお店。
8月にオープンしたばかりとあって期待してご訪問！
まずお店全体がとても素敵な雰囲気です。
いい意味で百貨店らしくない、青山とかにありそうなお洒落で落ち着いたトーンのデザインは、大人もゆっくり寛げます♪
入口では検温やアルコール消毒などもしっかりされてて安心！
この日、私がいただいたのはスペシャルランチコース。
単品のランチメニューもありますが、ぜひランチコースをおすすめします。
前菜、スープ、パスタ、米沢牛、そしてデザート&ドリンクまでついていて、とてもリーズナブル！
前菜のカンパチのカルパッチョや
スープ(この日は淡路島産玉葱とベーコンのスープ)はもちろん、
A5ランク米沢牛は絶品でした。
内モモという赤身の部位なので脂身を控えめですが
今まで味わったことのない赤身肉の旨味を楽しめました！
実はこのお店、系列店は30年も続くお寿司屋と焼肉屋さん。
池袋や赤羽、和光市などで長く営業していることもあって、
美味しいお肉やお魚はそのお付き合いでいい素材を仕入れられてるとのこと。
聞いて納得、食べて実感★
ちなみにカトラリーや食器にもこだわりを感じ、とても素敵！
週末に訪問したので、店内は賑やかでしたが、
うるさすぎず、自然とにこやかになってしまうお店でした。大満足です！
ランチ利用も良いですが、今度はディナーでゆったりお酒を楽しみながらお食事したいです。
