池袋にある「BATON 東武百貨店 池袋店」さんを訪問。
東武百貨店のレストランフロアにあるビストロ&イタリアンです。
レストランフロアは、西武百貨店より充実している東武百貨店。
土日は、ごった返していることが多いのですが、何とか確保することができたので入店しました。
今日は、東武百貨店必殺の北海道物産展が開催されていたので、下のフロアも人がごった返してました。
店内入ると、大人な雰囲気です。
カジュアルフレンチないしイタリアンの感じで、間接証明がオシャレですね。
カウンターとテーブル席があります。
ランチ利用なので、ランチメニューを見てオーダーします。
ランチセットのサラダとミネストローネ。
サラダはそんなに特徴がある感じではありませんが(強いて言えば、もう少し量があると嬉しい。)、ミネストローネは旨味がしっかりあって、個人的には結構好きな味でした。
メインは少し時間がかかりましたが、運ばれて来ました。
以下、順番に。
□ ベビーホタテとポワローの西洋ワサビ香るクリームパスタ(1600円税込)
クリームの感じが程よく、クリーミーさの中に、シーフードの出汁が香る見事な感じのパスタです。
パスタの茹で具合も良く、程よい硬さで、美味しく頂くことができました。
美味しいパスタでしたね！
□ 牛ハラミステーキ丼(1600円税込)
米沢牛も含め、お肉が目玉のお店なので楽しみです。
ハラミは良い感じの火の通し具合で、柔らかく、かつ旨味もあります。
サルサソースと下のサラダとも相性が良く、温玉(100円税込)を混ぜると旨味倍増です！
これも結構美味しかったですね！
□ 抹茶のバスクチーズケーキ(1012円税込)
気になったので、グランドメニューから一品。
抹茶の風味も良く、チーズケーキも濃厚です。
アクセントで塩が振られていて、味を変化させることもできます。
これも美味しいチーズケーキでした。
総評です。
意外な伏兵です。
正直、デパートという場所柄、期待値はある程度だったのですが、良い意味で裏切られました。
お肉は赤身の感じと肉感があり、焼き方も絶妙です。
パスタも茹で加減が絶妙で、クリームにシーフードの出汁が加わって、美味しいパスタでした。
スタッフさんも、どの方も対応良くて、居心地良く過ごせました。
夜のグランドメニューを見ていたら、どれも美味しそうなので、今度、夜も利用してみようかと思います。
お支払いは、クレジットカードで済ませました。
当然、領収書はインボイス対応です。
大変美味しかったです。
