After working at Hotel Nikko Fukuoka and Hakone's prestigious Gora Kadan, he moved to Shigira Seven Miles Resort on Miyakojima in 2005. While valuing Japanese-style meal, his ever-changing cooking style has been described as ``fukihonpo.'' In addition to cooking, we have also provided hospitality to VIPs from Japan and abroad.
