ドン・キホーテを超えたビル一階から、専用の階段を降りお店の入口に着きました。隠れ家的なお店。
友人と個室へ。戸を閉めると満席の賑やかな店内とは違う静かな部屋。広いし落ち着く♪
私はアセロラサワー。風邪予防のビタミン補給できる（笑）
今日は店名のついた壽コースにしてみた。
まずは、
◯白エビの茶碗蒸し
◯あっさり生ハムとストラッチャチーズ 黒トリュフパテ添え
生ハムにチーズとパテを巻いて。いいおつまみ♪
◯ぶり、鯛の大葉ソース
大葉ソースが斬新！
◯カレイ湯葉包み揚げ 芽キャベツ添え 特製野菜ソース
サックサクの湯葉と秘密の野菜ソースが美味しい。
◯山形牛たたき
柔らかで脂も旨い。わさびが良く合う！
◯霧島豚肩ロース、アグー豚バラと山形牛のしゃぶしゃぶ 昆布だしで、塩か黒トリュフだしにつけて。美味しいです、につきる組み合わせ。
◯仙台牛しぐれ煮丼
しゃぶしゃぶのだしをかけてだし茶漬けに！
しゃぶしゃぶの昆布だしプラス肉だしが旨すぎる味。しぐれ煮が高級感ありあり。
平日なので二杯目はそば茶。
デザートは、ラフランスアイス。香りが良くて口どけよし。
温かなお茶でシメました。
帰り際、なんとチャーシューおにぎりをいただけます！
平日に満席！
池袋の奥にあってもこの人気。納得の雰囲気と味でした。
