友人3名でお邪魔しました。
当日は雪が降る天候でしたので、お客様の少な目でしたが、席の間隔がゆったり目に取ってますので、落ち着いて食事が出来ると思います。
しゃぶしゃぶのお肉は、山形牛、霧島豚肩ロース、あぐー豚ロースと色々な味わいが楽しめ、しゃぶしゃぶ用の彩り香味野菜は野菜毎に盛り付けてあるのでなく、ミックスされているのは斬新で、色々なお野菜が一緒に食せるのも又良いと思いました。
提供された一品料理もバリエーション、調理法も工夫され、3人ともお酒をよく飲むのですが、よりお酒が進みました!
お料理や飲み物の提供も適切で、会話も弾み、楽しい食事の時間となりました。機会があれば是非リピートしたいと思いました。
