A hideaway shabu shabu restaurant in the basement of Ikebukuro. It was full around 8pm on national holidays, so reservations are a must when the restaurant is likely to be crowded. The most popular Kotobuki course! 9 dishes for 10,000 yen (tax included). I was quite pleased with the value for money♪ The meat here is not processed by freezing, so it was very tasty! The chef used to work at a hotel in Okinawa, so there is a little bit of Okinawa in the ingredients!
