The acidity of the shiso leaf sauce is very good! ️Aged scallop kadaif with special vegetable sauce ️Yamagata beef tataki shabu shabu for colorful savory vegetables Several different vegetables. Boil these and wrap the meat around it to eat style. Yamagata beef, Kirishima pork shoulder loin, Agu pork belly. Special sauce and salt are used! It seems that truffle is used in the sauce, but I didn't feel that much. Each meat had a different sweetness, texture, and taste, and was very tasty. Personally, I prefer salt!
