I went to Ikebukuro after receiving an invitation the day before✨ I had been using LINE normally, so I didn't expect it to be a private room. Lol I was really impressed with the regular open seating (o^^o) Bettei Hisashi is said to be supervised by Yu Masatsugu ❗️ Yu Masatsugu cherishes Japanese-style meal, but his ever-changing cooking style is unrestrained ( It is said to be fukihonpo). This gets me excited even before I eat it (°▽°) Today, it was ◯ Yamagata beef and carefully selected domestic beef course (¥10,000) ◯ All-you-can-drink (¥2,500)!! ️ First, we toasted with Premium Malt's ♪(*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*)♪ It's Kaminawa Tatsujin store☆ [Appetizer] - Conger eel and consommé chawanmushi Sakura sauce The conger eel is delicious (( (o(*゚▽゚*)o))) The chawanmushi was delicious✨ ・ Prosciutto and stracciatella cheese Apricot sauce The apricot sauce was delicious✨ The cheese was also delicious (((o(*゚▽゚* )o))) [Appetizer] - Flounder with special perilla sauce. [Sukiyaki] - Yamagata beef and Mizuho beef.
