池袋西口から徒歩7～8分！
こちらは、数々の和食の専門店や、有名ホテルを渡り歩き、予約困難店となっている「店名のないお店」の政次 由宇料理長監修のお店。
店内は落ち着いた照明で、落ち着いた雰囲気の空間でしたので、ゆっくりと食事を楽しむことができるお店だと思います。
お仕事関係での利用や、大切な人と食事をする時に連れて行きたくなるお店でした。
しゃぶしゃぶとすき焼きが選べるのですが、今回はすき焼きを選びました。
今回頂いたコースは「山形牛と厳選国産牛コース」
メニューは以下、
・季節の先付け
・生ハムとストラッチャテッラチーズ
・旬の鮮魚の冷菜
・本日の鮮魚の温菜
・すきやき
・〆のうどん
・デザート
まず先付として出てきたのは、「うなぎとワカメの茶碗蒸し」で、鰻がふわふわで、ワカメと玉子とよく合っていました。さらに、かかっているソースが桜ソースで香りがとても素敵でした。
ストラッチャテッラチーズなんてなかなか聞き覚えのないチーズでしたが、生ハムとの相性がバッチリで美味しかったです。
鮮魚の冷菜はスズキのお刺身にハチミツと大葉のソースがかかっていました。
珍しい組み合わせでしたが、違和感なく美味しく食べられました。
温菜は、目鯛のカダイフ揚げにスナップエンドウでした。
これがめちゃくちゃ好みで美味しかった～！カダイフ揚げのパリパリ感と目鯛のフワフワな仕上がりが最高でした。ソースは野菜だけで仕上げたソースで、サッパリしていて揚物と合います。スナップエンドウもシャキシャキでした。
続いてメインのすき焼き！
野菜は色々な種類があり、量も沢山あったし、珍しくトマトやきくらげもあって色々楽しめました。
お肉は山形牛とみずほ牛、山形牛は見た目も美しく、柔らかくて美味しいかった！みずほ牛も山形牛と遜色なくこれまた美味しかった～
どちらも肉の旨み甘みを感じる事ができました！
〆のうどんは稲庭うどんで、こしがあっていい食感のうどんでした。
デザートはブラッドオレンジのアイスで味が濃厚なのに後味サッパリ！
なんと最後にお土産で炊き込みご飯のおにぎりまで頂けるというありがたいサービス！
最高に素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました！
