おしゃれな空間で、特別なディナー
友達と別邸 壽でディナーしてきたよ！店内は木の温もりを感じる落ち着いた雰囲気で、女子会にもぴったり。
トリュフ香る、お肉が最高！
今回は、山形牛、霧島豚、あぐー豚の3種類のお肉をしゃぶしゃぶで食べ比べたよ。今まで味わったことのない美味しさ！特に山形牛はとろける柔らかさで絶品だった！
一品料理も手が込んでる
しゃぶしゃぶ以外にも、前菜や温菜など、おしゃれな一品料理もたくさん。生ハムとチーズの組み合わせや、トリュフペーストが美味しかった！
しゃぶしゃぶの残り汁を楽しむ
最後は、自家製のお茶漬けで〆。しゃぶしゃぶの残り汁で食べるんだけど、これがまた絶品！
