ヒソカという全室サウナ付き、かつ可愛い雰囲気がバズった池袋のホテルと母体が同じ。
隣には系列のベーカリーが併設され、本格フレンチをカジュアルに食べられるお店でめっちゃオススメ！
トリコロールコースは、前菜を2種好きに選べて、メインとドルチェがつくコース。
これがまた本格的で丁寧な仕事がされており、かつ味がめちゃ美味しい、、
オススメのメニュー！
○蝦夷鹿モモ肉のロティ ボワヴラードソース カカオ風味
ジビエらしい野生味を感じる味わい。
でも食べられない臭みは一切なく、綺麗な色合いとボワヴラードソースの胡椒の味わいがよく合う、ボリュームもあってとんでもなく美味しかった、、
○牛肉のカルパッチョ 赤ワイン風味
コースについてくる量なのか？
皆でシェアするようないっぱいのカルパッチョとマッシュルーム。味がひき立つパルミジャーノを散らし、味わい深いカルパッチョをいただく。ビストロにしては、美味すぎるよなぁ。
明らかにコスパが良い

モンブランのクオリティも明らかに高い、、
モンブラン好きで色々食べ歩くけど、明らかにレベル高いパティシエが作った？？
甘すぎず、しっとりとした口触りと優しくも深みのある味わい。タルト生地の食感とのコントラスでまじ優勝やった

隣のベーカリーで販売してるパンも出してくれるけど、これだけ買いにくるわ！くらい、やっぱり美味しい
色々話させていただき、池袋を盛り上げたいという気持ちと、クラシックなフレンチ、ナチュラルワインを池袋で。という熱い気持ちを持たれており、応援したくなるお店でした火❤️
