池袋駅からすぐにある、
馬肉とクラフトビールを楽しめる居酒屋。
店内は席間も広く開放的。
世界の様々なクラフトビールがあり、
専用のメニューに説明書きもあって分かりやすい。
今回の注文
○馬肉3種盛り
レバー、ハツ、赤身
どれも臭みやクセがない美味しさです。
レバーは胡麻油を用意してくれるので、
そちらと食べるとやはり最高の組み合わせです。
○だし巻き卵(明太子)
中には明太子がたっぷり入ってて美味い。
他にも海苔とチーズもあったが、
個人的には明太子をお勧めしたい。
○味付けうずらの卵
つまみを探しているならこちら。
しょっぱすぎない味付けなので、
パクパクと手が止まらない。
○鶏の唐揚げ
一個がかなりの大きさで、お肉はジューシーで
専門店のような美味しさ。
味付けもよく、ニンニク醬油がたまらない。
○しめ鯖
酸っぱすぎないしめ鯖で美味い。
身も大きくて満足度が高い。
○鮮魚とアボカドの和風和え
このままライスと食べたいと思うほど、
好きな味付けだった。
海鮮系を食べたいなら注文して欲しい。
○桜ユッケ丼
締めにはこちら。
お米の量がしっかりあるので、
シェアして食べるのが良さそう。
3種盛りと同様に臭みはなくて、
胡麻油の効いたタレが美味い。
馬肉もしっかり敷き詰められてて、
最後までお米とユッケを一緒に食べられた。
◆まとめ
客層としてはサラリーマンが多く見受けられたが、
どの世代の人でもいけるような雰囲気。
接客してくれた店員さんも愛想が良く、
楽しい食事となった。
