馬肉をメインにした居酒屋。
店内綺麗でカジュアルカフェ風。
半個室のボックス席は少々窮屈。
予約9人で、8人用と思われるこの席に。
馬肉料理を中心に単品注文。
それに飲み放題をつけて。
会計は約4,500円/人。
馬肉は熟成系？
刺身もユッケもメンチカツもどの馬肉にも少しねっとり感あり。
ミクロ的には細胞壁と細胞質の構造が壊れているイメージ。
馬肉特有の臭みや酸味はなく、味わいの性格は大人しい印象。
あえてそういう方向性にしているのだろう。
メニューに掲載された刺身5点盛りの写真の馬肉のイメージとはかなり違うけど。
いただいた中では、馬肉メンチカツが良かったかな。
衣のザクザク感が心地いい。
その他は、鳥唐揚げが良かった。竜田揚げっぽい仕上げ。
