Today I went to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Issa, which is about a 2-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. The store is spacious and has semi-private rooms. First of all, let's toast with draft beer! The appetizer is a heaping portion of edamame. The famous horse meat is fresh and has a good taste. Grilled pollack, fried chicken, salted kelp cucumber, barley shochu with soda, all of which are filling and cheap! The staff is very responsive and the space is nice to relax in.
