I went to the horse sashimi and craft beer shop [Issa]. In order to celebrate my recovery with a long-time friend, I chose a restaurant in Ikebukuro, halfway between the two of us, that looked delicious. The restaurant's recommendation was horse sashimi, so that was the main dish. Assorted horse sashimi or red and white horse sashimi is the norm, but I thought there was a futaego or mane that I don't like... so I asked about it, but when I looked closely, I noticed that there was a picture of a horse on the menu, and there was not only the part but also the price. , I found out that I can order the parts I like, so I chose lean meat and liver! Sukiyaki, and of course horse ribs! The egg sauce is delicious...♡ Craft beer and horse sashimi are what the restaurant is all about, so I ordered a craft beer as well★ Among the more than 10 types, I tried the Tiger Gold beer. I also ordered fries to go with the beer. I had salt and garlic butter, so of course I used garlic butter here. The Japanese-style dressing of fresh fish and avocado that was added is also perfect as a snack. If you go early, they have happy hour, which is a great deal (*´艸`) Before you know it, the restaurant is packed even though it's a Monday night! Thank you for the meal.
