また池袋で良いお店が先月（２０２３年２月）オープンしました。
戦後の闇市から残る横丁で、築80年の古民家を改装した日本酒居酒屋で
2階席は完全セルフの飲み放題。地酒をはじめビールや焼酎などご自由にお取りくださいとばかりに
おいてあります。2階にないお酒は1階にも取りに行っても大丈夫。
1階席はカウンターのみで日替わりのおばんざいをお楽しむお店になっているみたいです。
もちろん2階の飲み放題席へ。1時間１２５０円、３０分あたり６３０円の自動延長です。
日本酒好きコンビでしこたま飲みました（笑）それも好きなお酒ばかりを！
だってあの鍋島が、飛露喜が〆張鶴が、一白水成が飲み放題なんですよ！！
肴はテーブルの上に置いてあるQRコードを読み取りスマホで注文するスタイル。
店名にも入ってる通り鯖のこだわりが良い意味ですごいです。

う～ん、どれも唸ってしまうくらい美味しい。
しかもどれも日本酒に合う！
おすすめメニューに「鯖へしこ」とかあってもしかして美人女将、福井の人かな？っと聞いてみたけど
全国の鯖料理を勉強されて出されてるとの事でした。
そのあと寫楽も1合づつならとしっかり２合頂いちゃいました。
次回は１階で少しづつ飲みながら料理を楽しもうと思いました。
