池袋駅周辺でエスニック風なのを食べたくて探している時に見つけた「ラムしゃぶしゃぶ」
昨年、エスニック＆アジア料理100名店を巡っていて、ラム肉の美味しさに目覚めてしまったので即決です。
コース名は「ラムしゃぶコース」
超希少！アイスランド産、ラム肉使用！
と書いてありました。
何々？アイスランドからやってきたの？
国内に1％しか流通していないアイスランド産のラム肉、しかも生後5～6か月のもの限定だそうです。
だからでしょうか、まったく独特の匂いがしないです。
【生ラム寿司2巻】
・ラムの炙り寿司(ネギダレ)
・ラムの炙り寿司(チーズ)
この2種類をテーブルでバーナーで炙ってくれます。
チーズの溶けていくさまは、なんて美味しそうなんでしょう。
【本日のラム串2本】
・プレーン
・特製スパイス
部位はランプとハツです。
これこれ！ラム肉って串焼きがホントに美味しいんです。
肉の旨味がほとばしります。
【ラムしゃぶ】
お野菜やキノコ類が入ったお鍋が登場。
沸いたら、マウンテン盛りのメッチャ薄切りのラム肉をしゃぶしゃぶしていきます。
超薄切りなので火が通りやすく、とても食べやすい。
自家製のつけ汁もイケル！
おろし玉ねぎや、カレー塩、ワサビ塩を好みで付けて頂きます。
この、つけ汁が大好きでした。
そして、このしゃぶしゃぶをシャリの上に乗せて食べるために、2貫分のシャリが用意されています。
すぐにペロリです。
【〆の中華そば】
野菜とラムのエキスで美味しくなったベースに細麺を投入。
一度、茹でてあるそうなので温まったら直に食べられます。
こちらもスルスル食べられます。
やっぱりダシが美味しいのですね。
最後まで飽きずに楽しめるのも素晴らしいです。
ラム肉、とても気に入ったのでまた来たい。
薬膳鍋も考えているそうなので、それが登場してからもう一度行ってみたいです。
