池袋駅から約徒歩5分のとこにあります。
繁華街から離れており少し隠れ家感のあるお店。
店内は木を基調としており落ち着いた雰囲気。
デートや少人数の飲み会におすすめです！

今回はラムシャブコースと飲み放題を注文。
ラムシャブコースはラム寿司・ラム串・ラムシャブ
とラム好き必見のラム尽くしコース！
こだわり抜いた新鮮なラム肉を堪能できます。
⚪︎ラムしゃぶ
インパクト抜群のこんもり盛られたラムシャブ！
国内で1%しか使われいないとっても希少な
アイスランド産のラム肉とのこと。
アイスランド産のラム肉の特徴は通常より短い
期間で出荷をし、クセや臭いが少ないみたい。
ラム肉入門におすすめみたいな感じでネットには
かかれておりました。
薄切りにカットされておりさっとしゃぶしゃぶ
してレア目でいただきます！
臭みがまったくなく柔らかく美味しかったです！
特製ダレ・わさび塩・ブラックペッパー・カレー塩
一味などいろんな味で楽しむことができました。
俵飯がついてくるのでラムシャブを乗せて肉寿司
風にして食べることもできます。
〆は中華麺だったのですが特製ダレに入れて
胡椒をかけて食べるのが病みつきになる味！
⚪︎ラム炙り寿司
アイスランド産のラム肉を使った肉寿司。
目の前で炙ってくれてテンション上がります！
ネギダレとチーズの2種類ありました。
口の中でとろける食感でよかったです！

オーストラリア産のラム肉を使ったラム串。
ハツとランプの2種類でした。
スパイスがかかったランプが好きでした！
⚪︎飲み放題
サッポロクラシック・獺祭ハイボール・ワイン
などが飲み放題でした！
サッポロクラシックの生ビールが飲めるお店は
都内で2店舗しかないとのこと。
ラム肉とビールの相性は間違いないですね！
