池袋駅にあるPARCOの8階にいつの間にかオープンしていた茶薫小籠包さんへ。
オープンが11時で、11時半頃入店しました。客の入りは2割程で、好きな場所を選べました。
ランチメニューは沢山あり、迷いに迷って麻婆豆腐定食を選びました。
麻婆豆腐、ミニエビチリ、胡麻餅、小籠包（3個）がセットになる定食です。
麻婆豆腐は一般的な味を想像していたら、ちょっと違って、スパイスの効いたあまり食べたことのない味で少し苦手でした。本格的なものとも少し違う、お店のオリジナルな味です。好みが分かれそう。
お店の名前にもなっている、小籠包が1番おいしかったです。なんなら、単品で丸々小籠包だけ食べたいと思いました。
写真ではわかりにくいですが、皮は薄すぎないですが厚すぎない。許容範囲の厚さで、タプタプの汁で揺れてます。スープがたっぷり入った熱々の小籠包が気に入りました。
次に行くなら小籠包だけを食べに行きたいです。
