池袋駅西口から徒歩10分くらいかしら
結構面白い飲食店が多いエリアなのがこちらの通りなのですが、
そのうちの一店
移転されたのですが、和食屋ふくしまさん。
知り合いの知り合いって感じで話に出たので、伺ってみました！
ふくしま料理？なのかと思いましたが、
他の食材を使っていたりして、特に福島だけというわけでもないみたいです。
日本酒も充実していて、
ご主人の出身の福島の酒と
おかみさんの出身の佐賀のお酒と取り揃ていて面白い！
今回は、佐賀の七田さんが別に出しているお酒がっていう事なので、
その二ついただきました！
すっきりしたのと、山廃のものと飲めたので、これは結構満足！！
料理もこの中から３つ選んで！
というメニューがあり、面白いですね！
天ぷらも、３つ選べましたし！
個人的には、トウモロコシ美味しかったのですが、
いちじくの天ぷらは斬新でした～～！
鯵とショウガの巻物もなかなかの美味しさ！
結構料理にもこだわられていて、いいお店でした！
