海鮮ってなんだろって思ってたら、出てきたのはカンパチ！
「お刺身として食べても美味しいですよ」との店員さんのおススメで、まず刺身で食べてみると、程よい脂のりでとろけるような食感！
鍋つゆの合わせ出汁でしゃぶしゃぶしてぽん酢をつけていただくと、生とは違う、ほどけるような食感でこちらも美味✨
