Since it was the end of the month, I was planning to have a party with my juniors, but they requested `` Yakiniku (Grilled meat)!'', so I chose this Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, which sells a single piece of meat. This is because, I like red meat such as fillet and heart, and offal that are low in fat, but my junior is the exact opposite and loves rich meat such as short ribs, top loin, and kobchan...his tastes are exactly the opposite. So, I decided to visit Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants that sell single-piece meat, which are increasing in number these days, so that we could both eat our favorite parts without hesitation. I made a reservation for 7:00 pm on a weekday, and although it was empty when I visited, customers started coming in one after another from around 7:30 pm. I think the customer base is about 50-50 split between college students and office workers. There were a lot of female customers, probably because the inside of the store was clean and you could order in small quantities. My junior and I each ordered a piece of our favorite parts and ate a variety of them, but the most delicious part was the tongue! I was told that this restaurant recommends it, and both ``Tan Nakaochi'' and ``Tan'' were really delicious. I also ordered the famous "Fire Steak". The meat is flambéed and grilled with Calvados, and the staff will grill it for you. There are several types of cuts, and for this fire Steak, I chose the lean Chateaubriand on my own.It's quite a portion at 150g, but there's almost no fat and it's light, and it's a very tender fillet Steak, so I took it easy. I ate it all! The aroma of Calvados permeated the meat and it was delicious, and the way it flambéed makes for a great photo shoot, so I highly recommend ordering it. This was my first time actually using a yakiniku restaurant that sells a single piece Yakiniku (Grilled meat), but I think I'll become addicted to the convenience of being able to eat whatever I want without worrying about the other person (lol). Although I ate there (my junior is a big eater), the bill was more reasonable than I expected!
