平日夜に訪問。
お肉一枚から頼める珍しい焼肉屋さん。
お店は池袋西口から徒歩5分程。
店内はテーブル席のみだが、ゆとりのあるレイアウトで各卓には吸煙機が設置されている。
さっそくレモンサワーで乾杯し、
色々な部位を楽しんでいく。
因みにオーダーはQRを読み込んでスマホからできるので便利◎
・ナムル盛り
個人的にはこれがないと焼肉は始まらない！
ボリュームもたっぷり。
・特製ユッケ（炙り）60g
角切りユッケ卵黄混ぜ混ぜ。
2人で摘むなら60gがおすすめ。
・生オイキムチ
皮剥き薄切りオイ（きゅうり）のキムチ。
コレは抜群に美味い！
市販であったら絶対買っちゃう♪

まずはタンから、レモンを絞って
そのまま頂く。肉厚で食べ応え◎

分厚いのでよく焼いて頂く。

・和牛上ハラミ
塩が塗してあるので、焼いてそのままでも美味！
・霜降り上ロース
サッと炙って頂く。
たっぷりの霜降りの旨みが口の中に爆発！

最後のお肉はさっぱりとハツで。

牛テールスープベースのピリ辛スープ
具もたっぷりで牛骨の濃厚な味わいとピリ辛具合が
めちゃ美味しい！
〆のスープはコレですね。
以上で満腹大満足♪
お肉を一枚ずつ楽しめるのは嬉しいコンセプト
やっぱ良いお肉は少しずつでもお腹が満たされるので少人数で行く時には非常に便利で使い勝手◎
盛り合わせ系のメニューもあったので多人数でももちろん大丈夫だと思う。
