池袋駅から徒歩4~5分のあたりにあるお店
お店の入口からインパクト！ショーケースのなかにティファニーのお皿など。どうやらオーナーがティファニーが好きらしい。笑
しかもなんならティファニーカラーの個室が…これはまた斬新な
でもやっぱりお鮨はカウンターに限るね！大将と話たりしながらゆっくりお鮨を頂くのが好きです。

まず序盤にでた茶碗蒸しですが、これとんでもなく旨くて…茶碗蒸しの中にチーズって斬新やなー！こんな創作は初めて。美味しい
握りは序盤から安定的。最近変わった創作をしてくる鮨屋もあるけどこーゆうスタンダードな感じが好きやな〜
あと握りのときにお店の方の配慮が素晴らしかった。
同行してもらっていた方は左利きなんですが、すぐにそこに気付いてお鮨の置き方を、こちら側とは逆向きにしていくれていた。こんな配慮してくれるお店って今までなかった気がするな〜
まあ左利きじゃないから気付くことがなかったことかもしれへんけど、一気にお店を好きになったポイントでした。
追加で頼んだトロタクは大正解。鉄火巻食べたくせにトロタクも頼むんかいって話やけど笑
美味しいよな〜
味はもちろんのことやけど、やっぱり気遣いがなにより好きになれたお店で、これからも応援したくなりました
