おまかせ特上コースをいただきました。
優しい大将が目の前で一つ一つ握ってくれるお鮨はどれも美味しい。
特に、真あじや、ぶり、車海老、あなご、真鯛のまつかさ焼きは本当に美味しかった。
車海老が出てきた時は驚いた。なんだこの見た目は！見た目だけでなく身もプリっとしていてすごく美味しかったです。
真鯛のまつかさ焼きは、初めていただきました。真鯛は鱗が柔らかいので炙ることでパリッとした食感になるとのこと。口に入れて噛んだ瞬間のあの感触と音は忘れられない。
