2024年3月にオープン、カウンター14席でしたが、更に4/6/には8名の完全個室3室が完備されて、より特別な日の利用がおすすめのお鮨屋さん。
「THE SUSHITOKYO 旬」
店内は綺麗でピカピカで、デートで来るには少し明るく感じましたが、お店の雰囲気としては清潔感もあり良いと思います。大将がその場で握ってくれる、お鮨、カウンターでゆっくり頂きました。

素材はしっかり良いネタを使っていて、どれを頂きても美味しかったです(^-^)v
特に、岩塩とすだちで頂いた真鯛、淡路の墨イカ、
金目鯛 昆布締め、楚材の旨さを最大限に出されており、口に入れた瞬間に笑みが溢れましたーッ★
又勝浦の鮪を使った大トロ、トロたく巻き、
馬糞雲丹、大好き〜美味しかった！！∩^ω^∩
このお鮨が1万円台で食べられるなんて、、
こんなに種類を頂ける、素晴らしいコスパに
感動でした〜又伺わせて頂きたいと思います〜
