池袋駅から徒歩5分程度の場所にお店を構えるお鮨屋さん！
大通り沿いのビルの地下に、こんな素敵なお鮨屋さんがあるとは
店内に入ると、オープンしたばかりということもあり、とても綺麗な内装になっています！
こちらのネタはどれも美味しかったのですが、特に印象に残ったのは、桜鱒の幽庵焼き、ノドグロ、干瓢巻き！

今の時期しか食べられない北海道産の桜鱒！
こちらは味が程よく濃く、お酒が進んじゃう一品！
また食べたいなあ

大ぶりな身に、火入れがされていて、とても美味しいです✨
金目鯛もそうでしたが、こちらのお店は火入れれがとても上手！☺️
◻︎干瓢巻き
一番仕込みに時間がかかっているのは、干瓢巻きとのこと！
それだけあって、味もしっかりついており、食感もとても美味しいです✨
お酒も新政のカラーズがあったりと種類豊富！
また大将もとても気さくで、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました！
