目白駅からほど近い「かてい菜園ささき」。でもメニューは魚中心の定食屋さん。定食メニューは千円前後からが中心です。鮭、さば、ぶり、カレイなどの定番商品から季節のカキやさんまなど。野菜の小鉢が一、二品。白ご飯、味噌汁というセットメニュー。
日替わりは二種類、あとは本日おすすめなどがランチメインメニューに並んでます。
日替わりはサイドメニュー(冷や奴、メンチコロッケなど)をつけられるお得感あるメニュー。自分はその日おすすめメニューをよく選びます。
お店をきり盛りしている女ご主人、厨房に男性一人。手際よい連携です。
ある日のおすすめメニューは鮭焼きに肉豆腐、野菜小鉢、漬け物、味噌汁。魚の焼き具合はパーフェクト、肉豆腐はじゃがいもと豚肉たっぷり。
また後日のおすすめはぶり焼きに野菜小鉢、漬け物、味噌汁。ぶり焼きは皮パリパリ、肉ふわふわ。
厨房の男性が焼き具合をピッタリになるように目を常に向けています。
ランチメニューごはんは大盛りまで無料。男性だけでなく女性も大盛りにしたり、牡蠣フライやから揚げを一、二個付けたり皆さん、昼食を楽しんでます。
肉系もしょうが焼き、とんかつ、から揚げなどあります。
店内はカウンター、テーブルなど実施的にキャパシティは15人くらいまでかな～。こじんまり家庭的。
今どき貴重な魚菜と野菜小鉢のお店です。
