私は走っていた。
12時に駅に着いたのに、1時間もぐるぐる。
ここまで方向音痴とは思わなかった、自分でも。
13時からの会なのに、15分も遅刻。
皆さまは先に飲みもせず、ずっと待っていてくださった。
感謝…
冷蔵庫から思い思いのビールを出して乾杯。
緊急事態宣言前に幹事さんが予約してくださっていた。
お昼でもあるので、予定通りに。
お目にかかりたかった方、お久しぶりの方。
静かな個室にて。
話に花が咲き過ぎて、お料理名を失念する。
携帯にメモしたはずがそれも紛失という失態。
この日はいつも以上にダメダメな私。
＜お料理＞
鶏肉とエリンギなどのスパイシーな前菜
炙ったお揚げに牡蠣を細かく刻んだもののせ
穴子入りの玉子焼き山椒添え
そばがき
お蕎麦
随所に発想の豊かさが感じられるお料理たちである。
お蕎麦ははっきり言うとつながりがなくて、お蕎麦という感じではなかったが、発芽するとこうなるのか、と納得。
とろみのある蕎麦湯は好みの分かれるところだけれど、お料理の分量からいくとお腹が満たされる感じでこれもまたよし。
可愛らしすぎる店主の笑顔に、女子であっても目じりが下がり鼻の下が伸びてしまうというものだ。
この日の楽しすぎる会話と、皆様からのお土産に心からの感謝を。
次にそれぞれの方とお目にかかれる際には、私もちゃんとお持ちします。
もしかしたら串屋横丁のモツかもしれませんが(笑)
