目白駅近くですが、目白通りから一段下がった通りにある隠れ家立地なお店、敢えて言えばカウンター和食小料理屋でしょうか、全般に黒を基調としたスタイリッシュな感じです。品書きの基本はコース、5,500円、8,800円、11,000円の3コース仕立てです。こちらは日本酒メインなので料理は少な目の5,500円コースを所望、それでも前菜、椀、お造り、焼き物、主菜と来るのでお酒飲みながらだと十分な量です。
日本酒と言えば純米の燗酒が好みの私、こちらの店主は燗酒にも造詣が深く、1℃単位のこだわりの燗を供してくれます。こちらはそれほど知識ないので、お店の品書きに沿っての注文、長珍、よえもん、丹沢山麗峰と普段あまり飲まないのについつい日本酒の杯が進んでしまいました。前菜の一つ一つも丁寧な仕事でどれも美味、金目鯛の松かさ焼きに添えられていた牛すじ煮込みも何気に矢鱈と美味。
それなりの値段しますが、それ以上の満足感のあるお店でありました。次回はお酒少な目にして食事メニューまで食べてみます。
