ＪＲ高田馬場駅早稲田口を出て、ロータリーの方へ行き、
冨士そばの方へ渡り、冨士そばを右に曲がると
すぐ左側にお店があり、階段を降りてＢ１です。
「やってるよ」という看板が目印。
料理は、さんま刺身、おねえ焼き、
お酒は、日本酒の常山（じょうざん）、
エビス樽生をいただきました。
お通しは、こだわり野菜のバーニャカウダ。
大阪曲がりきゅうり（大阪府・富田林）、
やわらかサラダナス（奈良県・北葛城）、
北海道産紅芯大根（北海道・真狩村）、
北海道産パープルキャロット（北海道・真狩村）
京都白みそを使った
特製ソースに合います。
さんま刺身をいただきました。
新鮮かつ脂がのっていて絶妙。
甘口の九州のしょう油にぴったりで、
お酒がすすみます。
旬は9～10月なので、
旬な時期に旬なものを
食べるのが一番ですよね。
おねえ焼きをいただきました。
魚のカマの燻製。
新鮮かつ脂がのっていて最高。
カマだけにカマ焼きを
おねえ焼きと名付けたんですよ（笑）。
お店の方が言ってました。
日本酒の常山（じょうざん）を
いただきました。
兵庫県産の山田錦を使っていて、
辛口で、すっきりした味わい。
魚料理にもいいし、どんな料理にも
ぴったりな日本酒なんですよ。
