マイペースに百名店を巡る日々。今回は高田馬場で有名なうどん店へ。
この日は比較的暖かかったので冷たい肉ぶっかけうどんを注文しました。程なくして着丼。
コシと粘り気のバランスが良い本格的な讃岐うどんだと思います。ただ個人的感想になりますが、お汁はもう少し味が濃い方が好みでした。。あと、メニューに看板メニュー的なものが何か分からなかったので、そういうのが書いてあると助かるかな、と感じました。
