【内容】
・ゆで豚おろし、290円
その名の通りの料理で夏場はサッパリしていて良い！
豚肉はちょっと硬いかな。
・四川風麻婆豆腐、590円
かなり粗挽きな挽肉がゴロッと入った麻婆豆腐です。
豆腐は当然ながら絹。
醤から四川のようにという訳ではなく、花山椒を振りかけているから風ってしているのかな？
・安亭の焼餃子、5個350円
もちっとした皮厚めの餃子。
餡には白菜、キャベツが入っていて食感を大事にしていますね！
美味しいです♪餃子だけなら★3.5かな。
