・Beef tendon curry ¥900 tax included Bistro is located about a 10-minute walk from Takadanobaba Station on the JR Yamanote Line. I remember coming here for a night out drinking many years ago. It has a chic and stylish image. I came here for lunch. There were no customers before or after me. What is a private venue? I feel like I'm extremely rich. There were about five types of lunch menu, but I'm still addicted to curry, so I ordered curry because it was on the menu. Drinks and soup are self-service. Hot coffee was available, so I ordered coffee. The soup was a consommé soup with diced radish. After a short wait, the main curry and salad were brought to me. Let's eat. [Beef tendon curry] Rice in 1/3 of a large round plate. A shallow layer of curry sauce in the remaining portion. You can see the beef tendons. It looks good with a light drizzle of fresh cream. As expected of Bistro, the curry sauce is demi-glace. Super sweet and delicious. A little spicy. The beef tendons, cooked until they were just tender, were fragrant and seemed to enhance the aroma of the curry. I was reminded that this kind of European-style curry is delicious, not just high-quality, spicy Indian Curry. What surprised me more than the curry was the rice.
