高田馬場ではめずらしい、ゆったりと贅沢気分でランチを過ごせるお店。
店内は凝ったゴージャスな内装。ゴージャスと言っても、いやみは無く、ゆったりくつろげる空間を演出。
カウンターは広く、ユニークな照明が素敵。
ゴージャスな店内だけれど、スタッフの方はみな堅苦しいところがなく、感じがいいです。
店構えがゴージャスだと、スタッフもすごい気取った感じに見えたりするものですが、
こちらの方たちは自然体で、でもサービスが行き届いていて大変好感が持てます。
ランチは、前菜の盛り合わせとバケット、パスタ、コーヒーで900円。
お料理も、しっかりつくってあり、とてもおいしい。
限定のゴハンものもあります。別料金でデザートも。
鴨とフォアグラのどんぶりの時は1200円でした。これおいしかったなー。
付け合わせのぬか漬けがいいアクセント。ぬか漬けはマダムのお手製とか。
鴨は片栗粉かなにかの薄い衣をつけて甘辛にソテーしてあってちょっと治部煮風。
フォアグラは絶妙に火を通してあり…
組み合わせの妙！こういうのって、ほんとにプロの味を感じさせる。
おうちでは絶対食べられない。
バスク風チキンの煮込みも良かった♡ この時は900円でした。
鶏肉がほろほろに煮込まれ、トマトベース、ちょっとスパイシー。
バターライスがくどくない。チキンの煮込みを引き立てるぐっとこもったバターの香り。
バターライスって塩加減がむずかしいと思う。チキンとばっちりあっていました。
温野菜もたっぷり添えられ、満足。
パスタも、ゆで加減、ソースともばっちり。
わたしは麺類はボリュームがあると途中で飽きてしまうたちだけど、
味付けにリズムがあり、最後まで飽きずに食べられる。
食後のコーヒーもよい。入れ置きのランチセットコーヒーでは、この辺りではとびきりおいしい。
ランチでも、1Pより生牡蠣をむいてくれるそうです。
入口が、看板とかでちょっとごちゃっとしていて、店内のゴージャスさとややギャップあり。
ランチのメニューがもう少し選べるといいのだけど。パスタばかりは飽きちゃうので…
高田馬場で、ゆっくりしっかりランチをしたい時は、迷わずここです。
くつろげて、おいしくて、900円。
