以前から気になっていたこちらをようやく訪問☆ 鶏白湯麺が有名ですが、担々麺がとっても美味しそうです。
中に入ると、やっぱり満員。券売機で担々麺大盛り(980円)をぽちっと。並びの3人目で10分ほど待ちました。
プチご飯は、以前はサービスで全てに付いていたようですが、今は申告制だそうで、せっかくなのでお願いしました。5分ほどで着丼。まるでラーメンサラダのように、バルサミコ酢が少しかかったレタスが盛ってあります。スープは鶏白湯ベースといえども、どちらかというとあっさり目、かつ酸味が加わってます…ので、意外でした。見た目ほどの濃さ・辛さはなく、自分でラー油を注ぎ足して味変していく感じです。ちぢれ麺はもちもちしていて、とってもグッド！(≧▽≦) 僕の好みドンピシャではありませんでしたが、独特の担々麺でした。
まぁ接客に関しては多くを望まずにご訪問ください（笑） 今度はオーソドックスな白湯麺を食べたいなぁ。ごちそうさまでした。
