毎週末の恒例、ジムの帰りに行きました。
まだ真新しい外観といい感じのシェフに惹かれてふらふら入ってしまいました。笑 土日はなんと15:00からオープンとのこと、最高、、。
店の雰囲気はかしこまりすぎることもなく、でもしっかりお客様を大切にしてくださる感があって、とても心地よし。
頼んだのは

(2)白レバーのコンフィ

(4)瞬間スモークラム肉
(5)パテ
お通しはハモンセラーノと玉ねぎのピクルス
飲み物はアルゼンチンのCUMAの赤。フルーティだけどもちゃんと飲みごたえがあって今回のラインナップにいいパートナーになってくれたと思います。
正直、高田馬場だしなー美味しかったら嬉しいなー、くらいの期待値だったんだけど、これがいい意味で予想を裏切ってくれて！
まずお通しから、ちゃんとじゅわーっとお肉の甘い旨みが感じられるハモンセラーノで最高。玉ねぎのピクルスはやや甘めで、個人的にはピクルスだけ追加オーダーしてハモンセラーノともりもり食べたくなるくらいマッチ。そこに流し込む赤ワイン、美味しくないわけないでしょ？っていう。
お肉が自慢なので、と仰るシェフに言われるままに注文してたら、白レバーのコンフィうまさを！とろとろ！！びっくり！！プロセッコください！と叫びたくなる美味しさ。(赤ワインでも勿論抜群ですが)箸休めについてた青唐辛子のしょうゆ漬け、単品で頼みたいわぁ、、、
ソーセージもお肉むちむち！あつあつ！噛むほどジューシー！とテンション上がりっぱなし。笑
大人のサラダもぴちぴち新鮮な野菜でほろ苦くて色んなお野菜入ってるしで幸せだったし、本日のメインディッシュ、ラムの瞬間スモークも美味しかったー！！桜チップで軽く燻してくれるんですが、ふわっとほろっと薫るスモーク、より引き立つラムの旨み。ラム独特の香りも最後にすこーし残ってて、ラムってやっぱうまーい！と思わせてくれます。添えてあるお野菜も甘くてこりこりでいい感じ。
パテはフォアグラ好きな人にはいいかも。
問題は駅から割と近くてそんなには広くないので直ぐにいっぱいになりそうなこと。個人的にはこれくらいの広さのお店がベストなんだけど、こんなにお店の人もよくて美味しくて幸せ過ぎると人気出過ぎて気軽に通えなくなるんじゃ、、、？と不安に思っています。笑
あとはカクテル類が好きな人はあんまりかも。サングリアがあるからいいとは思うけど、やっぱここはワイン好きな人と来たいなぁ。そう言えば最後に飲んだ微発泡のあまーいワイン、いいデザートになりましたな。。
ともあれ、繁盛して今後ながーく続いて欲しいとっても素敵なお店。また行きまーす！今度は山形牛のランプグリル食べるんだ！！有機オリーブも！と、まだまだ期待大。
