高田馬場で働く友人と久しぶりに会う事になり、馬刺しが美味しいと評判の「馬場の美和食 さしうま 」へ行って来ました。
地下にあるお店に入ってみるとめっちゃ広い。
タバコが苦手な事を伝えると、とても感じの良い女子スタッフが奥の座敷を案内してくれました。
幸い周りには誰もタバコの人が座る事がなく終始ゆったりとお食事出来ました♬
お酒と一緒に出して貰ったもやしのナムルが後を引く美味しさ。最初からこんな美味しいの食べれて幸せ～
ポテサラはちょっと大きめにカットされたポテトといぶりがっこの相性が最高。
楽しみにしていた馬刺しの食べ比べはどれもこれもヤバ旨！
霜降りの脂は柔らかくてすぐお口の中で溶けます＆甘い❣馬刺し用の甘めのお醤油が合いますね～
玉ねぎのスライスと食べるとサッパリとした感じで食べれるし味変楽しい(^^)/
おススメして頂いた馬レアカツがこの日のNo.1！特選ソースと合わせて食べると美味しさ倍増。
出汁巻き卵は大根とカツ節が良い塩梅。たまに水分多目の大根おろしを乗せるお店がありますが、こちらのお店はちょっと粗目の大根おろしの水分が調度良く、厚目のかつお節と良く合います。
〆は焼うどん。ソースが後を引く感じです。
スタッフさんが仲良しな感じが出ていて、お店全体も和気藹々。こういうお店がこれからは良いなぁ。
