10年来の友人と、4人で馬刺しを食べにいきました！
メニュー名が、変わっていて、(大丈夫かな…)と心配になったのですが、
友人曰く、ドランゴンボールのネタとのこと。意味があって良かった。
食べログプレミアムクーポン利用のため、電話で予約しました。
当日、分煙であることを知り、改めて禁煙の席の希望を伝えました。
お店は地下で、友達の1人は到着するまで迷っていましたが、
私は地図アプリを使い、該当建物にはお店の看板もあったため、迷わず見つかりました。
入店すると、座敷の席へ案内してもらいました。
あまりキレイめのお店ではないため、お酒の席に慣れていない人が行く場合は
抵抗があるかもしれません。
カンパイの掛け声は、店員さんが行っていただきました。
「ご新規のお客さん来店です！」「ゲートイン！」
お店の名物、馬刺しの馬にかけているようです笑
注文したお料理を紹介していきます。
・お通し…もやし。昔ながらの居酒屋という感じですね。黒胡椒が効いていました。
・キャベツ…刻みのりとごま油の相性が良かったです。
・ポテトサラダ…酸味の効いた、お惣菜にありそうなポテトサラダでした♪
・京風だし巻き卵…多めの鰹節と少量の大根おろしでいただきます。塩味が濃いめでした。
・ポテト…皮付きポテト。冷めてもサクサクで嬉しい。
・明石焼き風お好み焼き
…ソースか塩で選べました。キャベツはなく、円形の薄い生地でした。
明石焼きは、出汁でいただくのですが、出汁はなかったため、
生地が明石焼き風 ということのようでした。
・馬刺し5種食べ比べ
…赤身、コウネ(首、タテガミ)、霜降り、フタエゴ(アバラ部分の三層肉)、赤身タタキ
霜降りは牛肉のようで脂が甘くて美味。赤身タタキは表面に火が入って食べやすい。
赤身はマグロのような味わい。
コウネは白っぽいのですが、味を感じず。フタエゴも味を感じず。
霜降りと赤身タタキ以外は、噛みきれなかったです。
・本鮪のレアカツ…一皿4切れ。揚げ衣が薄く、半レアの仕上がりで、美味でした。
・鮮魚盛り合わせ
…1人前1切れのため、4人前を注文。
イクラがけサーモン、マグロ、タコ、ウニ、あともう一つ…
お腹いっぱいなので食べれず。ウニは一口。味はイマイチ。
・直線ユッケ寿司
…注文してから1時間以上。催促3回ほどした。遅すぎる。
お腹いっぱいだったため、食べられなかった。
1人3杯は飲んでいたため、お会計は4人でプレミアムクーポン20%オフを利用し、
20662円でした。
1人5165円と、今回幹事だった私にとっては割高な印象を受けましたが、
他の参加メンバーは満足してもらえたので、良かったです。
席数が多いためか、金曜夜で混んでいたからか、
注文したメニューが、お料理、ドリンク共に運ばれることが遅いことが、
多々ありました。
注文は、早めに多めに頼んでしまうことをお勧めします。
他のお客さんとの距離は、通路を挟んでいるのであるのですが、
店内は時間が経つにつれてとても騒がしくなったため、必然的に声を大きくして話していました。
次回来店時は、特上霜降りを単体で注文し、デザートも注文したいです。
