The most popular dish is the Hakata Wagyu Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). We use offal from Hakata. Furthermore, you can choose from three types of spiciness, so you can choose according to your preference. To finish off your meal to fully enjoy the flavor of offal, we offer Ramen or rice porridge. It is also popular to finish Hakata mentaimotsu Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) with cheese risotto.
