We use noodles made from the highest grade Australian wheat prime hard, which the owner fell in love with at first sight, selected from a selection of noodles. Straight noodles with excellent crispness and firmness. The carefully cooked pork bone soup is made with tamari soy sauce from Aichi Prefecture, which is the owner's hometown.
