関西出身の知人がおいしいと言っていて気になっていた。
新宿までは行っても、高田馬場までは行く機会がなく行っていなかった。
新宿でイベントがあって、そのあとに予定なかったため30分くらい歩いて高田馬場へ。
21時過ぎに到着した。店内には1人お客さんがいたが他は空席でガラガラ。
油そばの半熟卵乗せを注文。
ゆでるのに時間がかかるのか、注文したものが来るまで10分くらい待った。
油そばの食べ方は「ラー油とお酢を入れて全体をかき混ぜる」らしい。
半熟卵をつぶさないように注意しながらかき混ぜた。
ラー油も押すも入れたのに、辛くも酸っぱくもない。
卵をまだ割っていないのになんかクリーミーさを感じる。
何味って表現できない不思議な感じでも美味しい。
