気軽にフレンチをテーマに犬好きな夫婦が真心を込めておもてなし！
毎朝、築地に行って仕入れた新鮮な魚介類や野菜はその時期の旬の素材ばかり。日本人に好まれる海の幸を中心にした前菜は主菜へのプレリュード。シンプルかつ古典を残しつつ現代的にアレンジ。 また、お肉は旨みが凝縮されたロティを中心に季節に応じたメニューを用意しております。 |
日替わりランチセットはスープ、主菜、ライスかパン付きで1400円〜コーヒーは別途100円でつけられる。
★ひまわり鳥の香草風味
厚みのある鶏肉がかなり大ぶりでしっかり満腹できる。気になるのはお肉のサイズに比べて、ソースの量が足りない、塩・胡椒もあまり効いていないようなので、食材が良いのに味付けの関係でやや淡白に感じてしまう。
付け合わせの野菜にはボール状の人参、じゃがいもが入っている。どちらも可愛くてほくほくの食感。
今日は団体客（早大を卒業したOBOGの同窓会らしい）の利用がありトースト等でやや騒がしかったので、女性の店員さんが着席後すぐお詫びに来たので別に気にならなかったです。
どこか家庭的な雰囲気を感じられる落ち着くお店です。
