ラーメンWalker等様々なメディアで受賞・掲載された名店
日本一の塩ラーメンで有名ですね
西武線沿線に住んでいた時に伺いましたが、
今回はスープが生まれ変わったとの事で楽しみ
⭐️スープ
透き通るような清湯スープ
口に含むと鶏の旨味がガツンと広がります♪
全く重みもなくあっさり❣️
見た目通り旨味をじっくりと抽出して、
コッテリ感や臭みを排除した感じかな
丁寧に処理をしているんだなと感心
塩味は強くなく非常に優しい☺️
自家製梅酢を使うとよりサッパリとしそう‼️
⭐️麺
程よくちぢれた細麺
コシがあるというか喉ごしと香りの良い麺
スープとよく絡んでとても美味しかったです♪
⭐️チャーシュー
大体1㎝くらいの厚切り
それぞれ2枚ずつ入ってました❤️
・備長炭炙り豚肩ロース
歯応えと炭焼きの香りが強め
とてもジューシーで脂と赤みの部分が美味しい‼️
・12時間低温豚肩ロース
歯応えがとにかく最高
しっとりとしていて肉の旨味と甘味が抜群
個人的に1番好き☝️
・地鶏低温チャーシュー
豚のチャーシューはコッテリ感ありましたが、
鶏チャーシューはサッパリ系❣️
⭐️穂先メンマ
非常に柔らかいメンマです♪
メンマ独特な酸味などは控えめで食べやすい‼️
⭐️玉子
かなり濃厚な玉子
しっかりと味付けがされておりとても美味しい
粒マスタードの酸味とプチプチ感との相性もよい⭕️
⭐️総評
やっぱ美味しい
人気があるのも頷けますね
店内も綺麗で女性でも入りやすそう♪
とてもサッパリしていて美味しいので、
近くにいらした際は是非食べてほしいです❣️
激あう丼がかなり気になる
