若松河田駅からすぐそばにある、さかな処まる天さんにランチでお邪魔しました。このあたりのランチ処ってのもなかなか貴重なのですが、ここまでバランスの良いランチを出しているお店はなかなかありません。ランチタイムは少し並ぶことになるのかな。私は少し並びました。
鯛めしと穴子めしが名物らしく、2枚看板巨塔ってな感じです。というわけで、炙り鯛めし(1000円)をオーダーしました。お重を開けて中に入った鯛めしがなんとも神々しい。炙られた鯛の切り身が6切れ入っており、ほぐされた鯛がごはんにもまぶされています。塩加減がかなり絶妙で、それにマッチした形でごはんには出汁がバッチリ効いております。これはこれは恐れ入りました。
バランスの良いランチで小鉢やお新香、味噌汁もサラダも良い感じに食べ進めさせていただきました。今度は穴子めしを食べてみたいな〜という事でお店をあとにするのでした。
