Forucafe's foru means "for u = for you," meaning "for you." [Opened in September 2013, renewed in March 2018] ◆The famous Brulee French cuisine is made by dipping the bread in a secret dough (egg liqu
...id) and baking it until fluffy.The surface of the bread is then sprinkled with special brown sugar from France. Brûlée (charring) creates a thick, crispy texture. ◆Draft coffee, which is poured from a beer server, is brewed for seven and a half hours, then packed into barrels and injected with nitrogen, giving it a creamy texture. ◆We also recommend coffee and lattes made with high-quality beans.
