早稲田駅近くにて、アートなパフェを
こちら、シーズナルのパフェの写真を拝見して、気になっての訪店。休日昼に、食べログネット予約にてお伺いしております。中に入ると席は16、コンクリート調の壁に、アンティークっぽい家具がハイセンスなカフェのお店です。
こちらでは「アングルナージュパフェ」を頼んでおり、セットのドリンクを「チャイラテ」にしております。アングルナージュは、フランス語で歯車という意味のようです。
その注文のパフェ、歯車を基調としたメカニカルなデザインが、とてもアーティスティック！そして、お味の方も素晴らしい！まずは、周りの歯車から頂いていきますが、この歯車が様々な味わいで本当に楽しめます。フルーティーなものから、ビターなものまで。これは最初から期待が膨らみますね笑。その後、上層から食べ進めてみると、まずは、ほうじ茶のアイスからカシスのソルベと、カシスと和風の合わせ。最近よく見ますが、これ本当間違えのない組み合わせです。中層では、スパイスの効いたバナナケーキの中に、メレンゲ焼菓子が所々にいて食感も楽しめる造り。下層部分にいくと、キャラメルのパンナコッタが。これが意外と甘すぎず、口の中が爽やかにまとまりました。さらに伏兵、セットドリンクのチャイ、甘めですが濃厚で、高いクオリティのチャイだと思いました！
これは、今後のシーズナルパフェも気になりますね。またぜひお伺いします！ごちそうさまでした！

こちら、期間限定のパフェを頂きに短期間スパンでの再訪。平日夜に予約を取ってのお伺いです。中に入ると席は16、早稲田駅近くにある、とてもアーティスティックなパフェを頂くことができるカフェのお店です。
こちらでは、期間限定の「テラリウム・シマエナガ・パフェ」をドリンクセットにて頼んでおります。
そのパフェ、まず見た目、シマエナガのすみかを表現している箱庭のような造りが、かわいらしく面白い！その中に小さいメレンゲ製のシマエナガさんが数匹おります。しかも、グラスやお皿にのってる素材は、全て食べることが可能です。さらに、このお店のパフェは、見た目だけでなく、お味も素晴らしい！まずグラス上層、酸味と甘みが絶妙な白いクリームが美味しすぎます！そして中層には、柑橘系の果物やアイス、下層にはチョコレート系のスイーツでまとまり。上層から下層までの味の変化を十分に楽しめます。グラスの外にあるチーズケーキなども間違えのないお味です。
これは、シーズナルパフェが変わるたびに来てしまいそうです笑。ごちそうさまでした！
