東京メトロ早稲田駅からすぐ。
店内はドライフラワーやアンティークの家具を使用して、こだわりの空間が味わえるカフェです。
日曜日の15時に予約して伺いました。
やはり店内は満席。
覗いている方も多く訪れていましたが、断られて
いたので、予約必須です。
こちらのテラリウムパフェを目当てに伺いました。
15時までのランチもギリギリでしたが快く
提供して頂きましたので、ランチと両方
頂く事が出来ました。
今回注文したのは
【春)テラリウム・フルリール・パフェ】
ワイングラスに春の花が咲いています。
チェリーのコンポート、クランブル、スライス苺、
ピスタチオアイス、ウイスキーハニームース、
さくらんぼのジュレと手の込んだ芸術作品です。
甘さはかなり控えめで、大人の味です。
混ぜて食べると、今まで食べたことのない様な
お花の良い香と柔らかな甘みがします。
食べるのが勿体無いパフェです。
【焼きりんごのティラミスパンケーキ】
ティラミスパンケーキよりも、爽やかなりんごとの
マリアージュが楽しめるパンケーキです。
パンケーキとパンケーキの間には、りんごの
コンポートがサンドされていますが、こちらも
りんご本来の甘味に近いと思いました。
1番上にはりんごチップと、冷たいシャーベットで
食感も異なり楽しめます。
【オープンサンドのランチ】
オープンサンドが2種類のります。
彩りの野菜サラダや、ラペも一緒です。
特に美味しかったのは、カリフラワーのスープ。
粗いのでカリフラワーのつぶつぶが残って
カリフラワーを沢山食べている様でした。
又季節によりメニューが変わってしまうとの事
でしたので、機会があれば再訪したいと思います。
