MID cafe Waseda branch, where you can enjoy artistic parfaits. After learning that it would be closing at the end of March 2024, I made a reservation and visited the next day. 3 minutes walk from Waseda Subway Station. The space is cozy with antique chairs and dried flowers on the ceiling. There were 6 tables comfortably set up, and even though I was alone, they prepared a table for 4 people. I'm afraid. What I received was: Terrarium Parfait Fleurir The fruit and flowers inside and outside of the glass are so cute that I can't help but admire them for a while. The white chocolate dome macarons and pansy-edged strawberry slices are also beautiful.I thought the delicate snowflakes were chocolate, but they turned out to be crispy and delicate. Ice cream with rich pistachio, large cookies, crispy crackers. I thought the scent was some kind of herb, but it was also basil! ! The cherry is refreshing and the texture is crunchy and creamy. Delicate and delicious balance of sweetness, sourness, and aroma. The lemongrass served in a pot had a luxurious and nice scent. It was a great satisfaction. It will close in March and will be reborn as an Italian Cuisine Restaurants, but unfortunately it will no longer serve parfaits. We are closed on March 28th and 29th, so there are only a few dates available! ! There were many people there for lunch, and the place was full before 12:00, so I left the restaurant early.
